Commercial Snow Removal Across North America. Landscaping On The Side.
Commercial Snow Removal & Property Maintenance across Canada and the United States, based in Greater Montréal.
Terranova is a commercial snow contractor, not a landscaping company that also does snow. The dispatch, the crew scheduling and the salt planning are all designed around winter service. Home base is Greater Montréal, with routes centred on Laval and the North Shore, and requests come in from commercial sites across Canada and the United States.
Every snow event is dispatched at a contracted trigger and logged event by event: trigger time, dispatch, arrival, surfaces, salt applied, departure and photos. That log is a clear record of what was done and when, and it is what property managers use to reconcile invoices.
Landscaping is an add-on. Same crews and same contract, running April through November. Property managers who want one vendor across all twelve months bundle both. Those who already have a landscaper they like take snow-only. Either works.
We work in French and English with property managers and commercial owners across North America. Every request starts the same way: the quote form, with the city and as much detail about the site as you can give us.
