Terranova was started by property managers who got tired of running two separate vendor relationships — one for summer landscaping, one for winter snow — and absorbing all the operational overhead in between. Every November, the summer guy disappeared. Every April, the winter guy disappeared. The property manager was the connective tissue between them, which meant the property manager was also the one absorbing the slip-and-fall liability when the handover went sideways.

We built Terranova to be both vendors. The same crews, the same equipment fleet, the same account manager handle a property year-round. In summer, that means lawn maintenance, garden care, tree and shrub work. In winter, that means snow plowing, de-icing, sidewalk clearing, with per-event logging that holds up in liability defense.
